Salon Alessandro retains the right to cancel any appointment after 15 minutes of the service start time if you are 15+ minutes late. Any appointment that is cancelled within a 24 hour period will be charged 20% of the service cost. If your appointment is not cancelled and you no-show, your card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the service booked. You may cancel your appointment via phone or email or our App.
