Salon Alessandro retains the right to cancel any appointment after 15 minutes of the service start time if you are 15+ minutes late. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we request at least 48-hour notice. Any appointment that is cancelled within a 48-hour period will be charged 20% of the service booked. If your appointment is not cancelled and you no-show, your card will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service booked. You may cancel your appointment via phone, email or our App. We understand things can happen out of your control and we can assure you due to unique circumstances we will be understanding.
